The eight-member committee, chaired by Professor H. Kwasi Prempeh, Executive Director of the Ghana Centre for Democratic Development (CDD-Ghana), was inaugurated by President Mahama to lead the review of the 1992 Constitution.

According to the Presidency, the report will be presented at 13:00 hours on Monday.

The other members of the committee include Justice Sophia Adinyira, a former Supreme Court Judge; Professor Kwame Karikari; Charlotte Osei; Dr. Godwin Djokoto; Ibrahim Tanko Amidu; Dr. Esi Ansah; and Dr. Rainer Akumperigeya.

The Committee, inaugurated on January 30, was initially expected to submit its findings in August. However, due to the extensive nature of the assignment, it requested and was granted an additional three months to complete the work.
